Hi lovely readers, I hope you're all doing well. I can't quite believe we are in March! I feel like this is a beautiful month as we finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel as Winter falls behind us.

Hi again fellow readers, I hope you are doing well. For this week's post I want to discuss kindness.
When you first search kindness into Google the following description comes up: 'The quality of being friendly, generous and considerate'. This quality is something I believe is very important to hold.
Hello lovely readers, I hope you are doing well. I took a couple of weeks off blogging and it's honestly felt like forever. As I type away I realise just how much I've missed it. Things in my life got a little busy and I knew I had to take a little step back. Over these past few days I've taken things slower and focused more on self-care, which has helped me learn a lot. In fact, I've had a big realisation that I thought would be good to share with you all.
Although it can feel difficult at times we don't have to stay in negative space. There are little things we can do daily to improve our mood and make January a little less tough.
January the month of new opportunities, setting new intentions and having a fresh start. Sounds so lovely and dreamy doesn't it but it's not an easy transition. Just because the month instantly changes when the clock strikes on New Years Eve doesn't mean you do. It takes hard work to reached your goals and one of the hardest elements I find is staying motivated.
It's the most wonderful time of the year, which means it's time for a tag! So get your hot chocolate, bang on some Christmas tunes and enjoy this blog.
Thank you to Ellie's Little World for the tag! Make sure to check out her blog when you finished reading.
I think it's pretty clear that Christmas this year is going to be a little different. Whatever tier you're in or part of the UK (or even the world) you live in, things have happened this year, which will inevitably impact your normal festive traditions.
As humans it's inevitable that we will experience times that are uncertain and scary. These moments are when we need the most support but we can't always get that from our loved ones. The confused, panic and/or pain can be unbearable. It can feel like our body is screaming for something to ease the situation. But without people by our sides, giving words of support, how can we receive this? Have you considered messages from your guardian angels...
